Bordering the white-sand beach with private sea oat dunes and housing a 120-foot heated pool with four waterfalls cascading into the pool from sculptured rock formations, Comfort Inn Oceanfront enjoys a prime Jacksonville Beach location, approximately 28 miles from the Jacksonville International Airport. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the fitness center, Oasis Cafe, and the 24-hour gift shop. KoKoMo's Beach Bar and Deck features good times and daily drink specials with weekend entertainment in season from April to September. Karaoke happens every Friday night all year round. In the morning, a complimentary continental breakfast is served in the lobby. There are also meeting, laundry, and parking facilities on site. Kids 18 years or younger stay for free.

Located on the Jacksonville Beach, the Comfort Inn is also close to Neptune Beach (one mile), Atlantic Beach (two miles), and Manhattan Beach (three miles). ATP Tennis Center and Tournament Players Golf Club are five miles away, Mayport Village (deep sea fishing) and historical Ft. Caroline are nine miles away, and Regency Square Mall is ten miles from the hotel. Within 17 miles of the hotel are Metropolitan Park, Jacksonville Jaguars, Gator Bowl, Veterans Memorial Coliseum, Jacksonville Landing, Jacksonville Riverwalk, Kingsley Plantation, and Jacksonville Zoo.
