The Lodge at Vail is approximately 30 miles from Eagle County Airport and is located at the base of Vail Mountain, 10 yards from the village's main ski lift. The property is approximately 100 miles from Denver International Airport.

The Lodge's amenities include a concierge, valet laundry, currency exchange, Internet access, free local calls, room service, daily maid service, business center, babysitting, ski storage and rental, heated swimming pool, four hot tubs, sauna, exercise room, meeting space, and the nearly 10,000-square-foot RockResorts Spa, scheduled to open in winter 2007/2008. Valet parking is available for 25 per day. Slopes are 30 yards away with private ski corral at the base of the Vista Bahn lift, complimentary wax upon arrival. Convenience store is located a half mile away.

For dining, The Lodge at Vail offers The Wildflower Inn, which serves American cuisine, and the Cucina Rustica, a Tuscan grill. For drinks, Mickey's piano bar has had pianist Mickey Poage for almost 20 years.

The Lodge offers hotel rooms and one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites. Most have private balconies, mini-refrigerators, DVD players, stereos, hairdryers, and heated towel racks. Suites, each with a fireplace and full kitchen with dishes and utensils, are individually owned and decorated. Rollaways and cribs are available.
