The Princeville Resort consists of three buildings set on a cliffside overlooking Hanalei Bay, features a spa, golf courses, and delectable dining options, and is approximately 30 miles from Lihue Airport. Local attractions include Wailua River State Park, approximately 25 miles away, and Kapaa, located 22 miles from the resort.

The Princeville offers several recreational and relaxing facilities and activities for guests to enjoy. Guests can arrange snorkeling and scuba diving at the private sandy beach, as well as swim in the 5,000-square-foot infinity-edge outdoor pool, which also includes a swim-up bar, children's pool, three whirlpools, and a sundeck. The Princeville Health Club & Spa features massages, beauty treatments, a lap pool, fitness center, and a whirlpool. The Princeville Tennis Club offers six courts, professional instruction, and a pro shop. Golf enthusiasts may enjoy the two onsite golf courses with a grand total of 45 holes between them. Live entertainment includes island music performances and beachside luaus. A children's program and tour assistance are also available. Dining options include the Beach Restaurant & Pool Bar, Cafe Hanalei, Mediterranean cuisine at La Cascata, and the Living Room.

Guest rooms feature 24-hour room service, bedside control panels, TVs, movies on-demand, minibars, safes, free coffee, marble bathrooms with music speakers, bathrobes, bath amenities, and special windows that allow guests to view the ocean from their bathtubs, yet turns opaque for privacy.
