  Had bed bug problem and staff was barely accommodating. The grounds are nicely laid out, but you need a golf cart to get from one side of the hotel to the other and it is impossible to provide 5 star quality for that scale. Restaurants, internet, just about everything very overpriced. Needed magnifying glass for meal in the steakhouse.

  If I could make the Fairmont my second home I would. The choices in restaurants, the amazing food, activities for kids, not to mention the beautiful location and setting make this hotel my only choice when I go to Scottsdale!!!

  The Fairmont was an amazing experience. Although my husband and I went alone to enjoy the beautiful pools and spa, this hotel has all the essentials for an amazing family trip. They have a child care service that is educational and fun, 2 pools geared towards families and included some amazing holiday activities including playing a Disney movie on a large screen at the pool in the evening. My husband and I spent every last minute at the hotel before we left for the airport. We wouldn't stay anywhere else and will be bringing the kids next time!!

  The beds were so bad I got no sleep the whole time I was there. Coffee make was a joke and everything was over priced. Ive stay at Fairmont In Maui Hawaii and it was worth every penny. This hotel on the other had not so much. The people were super friendly but that is it. Im coming back in June and to say the very least I WILL NOT BE STAYING AT THIS HOTEL....
