The Hyatt Regency Monterey is in the midst of a 55 million transformation. The completion of this exciting transformation is May 2008. Currently, guests will enjoy the newly renovated hotel lobby, a new gift shop, and our new restaurant, TusCA and the Fireplace Lounge. Guests can still enjoy the Stay Fit at Hyatt fitness center located in its new indoor/outdoor location while a new Spa and Fitness Complex is constructed and will be completed in January 2009.

Hyatt Regency Monterey is located directly next to the championship Del Monte Golf Course, and ten blocks from the Pacific Ocean and Monterey Bay. The resort boasts twenty-two prime coastal acres enjoying breathtaking views of Monterey, and panoramic views of the Del Monte Golf Course and Del Monte forest. Resort guests enjoy an upscale secluded and relaxing ambience, a full service Racquet Club with six tennis courts and two lighted tennis courts, two pools with whirlpools, and a poolside fitness center featuring free weights and cardiovascular equipment. Massage services can be arranged through the hotel concierge either in the fitness center or the privacy of your guestroom.
