The Outrigger Royal Kahana Resort features beachfront condominium units located between the Kaanapali and Kapalua resorts, and is approximately 30 miles from Kahului Airport. Local attractions include Lahaina Town, approximately six miles away, and the Maui Ocean Center, located 20 miles from the property.

Guests may relax by the spacious sundeck, in the outdoor swimming pool, or in the sauna. Recreational facilities include tennis courts, table tennis, shuffleboard, barbeque and picnic areas, and a fitness center. The poolside cabana is available for rent, and a complimentary Mai Tai party occurs once a week. Other amenities include a tour desk, babysitting services, free coffee in the lobby, free parking, elevators, ice machine, kids' programs, laundry services, postcards, and a 24-hour front desk.

Condominium units feature air-conditioning, alarm clocks, balconies, cable TV, VCRs, DVD players, ceiling fans, safes, telephones, dataports, voicemail, hairdryers, irons and ironing boards, kitchens, microwaves, refrigerators, stoves, laundry facilities, and wireless Internet access (for a fee).
